Janae Phillips is a multimedia storyteller focused on finding the through lines that connect us all. In a decade of work as a trainer and organizer, including five years as the Director of Leadership and Education at the Harry Potter Alliance, she has worked with thousands of the next generation of activists. Janae was born and raised in the desert lands of southern Arizona and is rooted in Tucson, where she is a beloved Google Reviews contributor for every coffee shop in town. In her free time she enjoys visiting museums to feel wonderfully small and terrifyingly important all at once, prowling antique shops, and practicing the art of pottery with varying success rates of vessel integrity. Janae holds a B.S. Family Studies and Human Development, concentration in Leadership Studies and Practice, and an M.S. Educational Technology.
